Free for all members
Capital Markets and Women in CRE Forums require a minimum of 10 years of CRE experience
Forums meet quarterly in person (two-hour sessions)
Members must attend at least three of four annual meetings to maintain membership
Strict confidentiality ensures open and honest discussions
AI & CRE Forum
MISSION
To propel forward our industry utilizing all the benefits AI has to offer today and in the future.
FORUM FOCUS
The primary goal of the AI and CRE Forum is to facilitate open dialogue regarding steps our industry should be making to take advantage of technology with a particular focus on AI.
The secondary goal is to build a strong and supportive network of members within the CRE industry who we can lean on when making decisions regarding implementing AI strategies and/or advocating for change within our respective organizations.
Capital Markets Forum
MISSION
To enhance the knowledgebase and value that each forum member brings to their firm and help members grow as capital markets professionals.
FORUM FOCUS
The primary goal of the Capital Markets Forum is to facilitate open dialogue regarding the current landscape and emerging trends in the equity and debt capital markets so that forum members can enhance their knowledgebase and value that they bring to their respective firms.
The secondary goal is to build a strong and supportive network of members within the CRE industry who each member can lean on when navigating obstacles throughout their careers and go to for advice/opinions.
Women in CRE Forum
MISSION
To empower women in commercial real estate by providing networking and educational opportunities.
FORUM FOCUS
The primary goal of the Women’s Forum is to facilitate peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing.
The secondary goal is to build a strong and supportive network of senior members within the CRE industry.
